30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at info.reckx@gmail.com with your order number to begin a return. We'll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, covered by our 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, massage heads that have been used cannot be returned unless defective.
